        I buy the pro liceense , but microwizard stil shoe this messange:

        Pro License Active
        PRO
        You are currently using the Free version. Consider upgrading to Pro for extra features.
        what i can do to get the pro features? the backup function is not worrking

          Hi Luis,

          Welcome, and thank you for trusting MikroWizard.

          After your purchase, MikroWizard will automatically download the Pro version, apply the license, and complete the installation within approximately one hour. Once completed, you should see the new Pro menus and a refresh notification on the dashboard.
          Please make sure that the MikroWizard server has internet access and can reach mikrowizard.com, as this is required for downloading updates and validating the license.

          If you have disabled automatic updates, please manually click the Update button from the dashboard to start the process.

          Please also make sure that your username is correctly entered in the Settings → License Username field. ( your current user name in the mikrowizard.com website ) If everything is correct, the dashboard will show the PRO status in MikroWizard. and will update and get the pro license and update.

          If the dashboard shows the Pro status but you still do not receive the Pro update or license activation, please try restarting the MikroWizard server or the Docker service/container.
