Delivery and Return Policy
Delivery of Digital License
Upon successful purchase and payment confirmation of the MikroWizard software license, the digital license file is automatically applied to your registered user account. An activation email containing your license details and a binary (.bin) license file will be sent to the email address you provided during the order process.
No physical product will be shipped. The digital license becomes active immediately upon delivery to your server and user account.
Return and Refund Policy
As MikroWizard licenses are considered digital products delivered electronically, return and refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds are only available for licenses that have not yet been activated or applied to your account/server.
- Once the license is activated, delivered, and installed on your server, no refund or cancellation can be processed, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws for digital content.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days of purchase to [email protected].
