End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and INSPIRONET TEKNOLOJI VE BILISIM TICARETI LTD (“MikroWizard”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By downloading, installing, or using the MikroWizard software (“Software”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any license files we provide. This license is limited to the number of devices specified by your license.

2. Restrictions

• You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• You may not distribute, sublicense, or rent the Software to third parties.
• You must comply with all usage limits and restrictions specified in your license.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Software remain the exclusive property of MikroWizard and its licensors.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term herein.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MikroWizard be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MikroWizard is registered.
