When downloading firmware, after the task completes it does not show in the repository. I checked /opt/mikrowizard/firmware and the files are there. I tried to reboot the system, but the issue still persists

Please wait a little bit more, it may take longer. try refreshing the page once and see if it shows downloaded firmwares.
Did you try it with other versions? Which version of the RouterOS are you trying to download to the repository?
And what is your MikroWizard version ?-

I waited overnight (8 hours) and still no change. I rebooted the system, cleared cache, tried a private window. I am assuming it is the latest as I installed it yesterday (docker) on a fresh ubuntu.
