Did you try it with other versions? Which version of the RouterOS are you trying to download to the repository?
And what is your MikroWizard version ?
I waited overnight (8 hours) and still no change. I rebooted the system, cleared cache, tried a private window. I am assuming it is the latest as I installed it yesterday (docker) on a fresh ubuntu.

I tested 7.12.2 and downloaded it successfully to the repo. please send logs of the server to our email address [email protected] for me :
Here is the instructions for grabbing the logs :
sudo docker exec mikroman bash -c "mkdir -p /logs; tar -cvpzf /logs/log.tar.gz /app/uwsgi*.log" sudo docker cp mikroman:/logs/log.tar.gz ./
send log.tar.gz for me
