That’s a very good idea and aligns closely with what I have planned for the PRO version.
Alert escalation workflows are currently under development and will include configurable notification channels such as email, Telegram, Slack, and other integrations. The goal is to allow alerts to be acknowledged within a defined time window and, if not acknowledged, automatically escalate to higher notification levels and additional recipients.
At the moment there is no sound alert feature, but audible alerts, escalation policies, and multi-channel notifications are all areas actively being worked on for future PRO releases.
Feedback like this is extremely valuable, as it helps prioritize the features that NOC operators and WISPs need most.
