        Hello,

        New installation but the serial number is undefined.
        I can download firmware files from the settings page so the instance got internet access.

          Very strange, you are the first person contacting for undefined serial serial number.
          Can you please share more info?
          Installed version?
          Operating system?
          Where it is installed?
          Can you grab the logs from mikroman Container?
          I can send instructions for you
          It is under /app/uwsgi*.log in mikriman container

            Also on an clean install with docker compose:
            The suggested container configuration for 18+ is to place a single mount

            So you must change the compost to:
            ervices:
            postgres:
            image: postgres:16

                Need more info with operating system, and docker version and other information to reproduce the bug in my lab

                on an fresh install i get an serial.
                but still the postgres error.

                Linux version 6.12.48+deb13-amd64 ([email protected]) (x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc-14 (Debian 14.2.0-19) 14.2.0, GNU ld (GNU Binutils for Debian) 2.44) #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.12.48-1 (2025-09-20)

                Docker version 28.5.2, build ecc6942

                Also is Mikrotik CHR supported?
                When i do an scan i see in the logging that there is an connection with the api but its not added.

                user XXX logged in from XXX via api
                user XXX logged out from XXX via api
