Typos in UI

[Mikro Wizard]

There are quite a few typos in the UI:

Device Details screen:
– Ping Status: Avrage -> Average
– Active Users: Att -> At

Dashboard:
– Version and Serial information: Registred -> Registered
– Version and Serial information: (Not) Registred -> (Not) Registered

Device Groups:
– Column header: Create time -> Created (to match Snippets)

Accounting Logs:
– Header: Accunting Logs -> Accounting Logs

Device Logs:
– Header: Device LOGS -> Device Logs

System Logs:
– Bread crumb: Mikrowizard System Logs -> System Logs
– Header: Devices -> System Logs

Left Navigation Menu:
– Users Management -> User Management or Users (Update bread crumb and page header accordingly)
– Authentication: Align name between menu and page
– Accounting: Align name between menu and page
– USERS header -> USERS & PERMISSIONS???
– SYSTEM: add vertical spacing like other headers
– LINKS: add vertical spacing like other headers

Log Screens:
– “Showing last 24 hours logs by default. Use filters to modify the date and time.” -> “Displaying logs from the last 24 hours by default. Use filters to modify the date and time.”

Misc:
“Same username you use to login to mikrowizard.com website” -> “Same username you use to log in to mikrowizard.com website.” (used as a verb and not as noun in this sentence)
